The Women’s Wellness division is designed for women with fuller, athletic physiques who want to compete while embracing their natural shape. This category celebrates curves, focusing on symmetry, proportion, and overall presentation rather than extreme muscle definition or leanness.
Competitors should have a firm, fit physique, with fuller hips, thighs, and glutes being completely acceptable. Judges look for aesthetic balance, confidence, and stage presence, making this an ideal category for those who don’t fit into traditional divisions or are new to competition.
Judging consists of two rounds:
- Round 1: Quarter Turns – Competitors perform a series of turns to showcase balance and proportion.
- Round 2: Individual Posing & Comparisons – Competitors present selected poses to highlight their best attributes.
Attire includes a two-piece swimsuit or sportswear outfit with high heels (no platforms). Jewelry is allowed but should not be distracting. Tanning and light oiling are encouraged, but excessive use may result in penalties.
