The Fitness category is a dynamic division that combines athletic performance, physique, and stage presence. Open to men, women, and juniors, this category showcases strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through three rounds of competition:
•Round 1: Performance Routine – A 1:30 to 2-minute choreographed routine demonstrating strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, featuring required elements like jumps, push-ups, and static holds.
• Round 2: Physique Comparisons – Competitors are judged on symmetry, proportion, and overall appearance in category-appropriate attire. Junior competitors are not judged on body composition.
•Round 3: Spokesperson Formal Wear & Speech – Athletes present themselves in formal attire, delivering a 30-second speech on healthy living, judged on confidence, clarity, and presentation.
Competitors should display a well-conditioned, aesthetic physique with shape and firmness rather than excessive muscle size or vascularity. Fitness is about the total package—athleticism, presentation, and professionalism.
