Competitors are judged on their ability to present a healthy, balanced, and well-proportioned physique with grace, confidence, and glamour.
This category consists of two rounds:
• Symmetry Round – Judges assess muscle balance, proportion, and definition through quarter-turn poses.
• Stage Presence Round – Competitors perform a posing routine, personal stage walk, and Bikini Walk to showcase their physique and confidence.
Judges look for a classic hourglass figure with evenly proportioned shoulders, a small waist, and well-shaped glutes. Skin tone, presentation, and elegance play a key role, with high heels and well-applied tanning encouraged. Competitors can enhance their look with jewelry, wings, and artistic presentation to bring personality and glamour to the stage.
