2 Rounds of Competition
- Looking for poise and coordination, skin tone, artistic presentation and a high display of elegance, personality and glamour. Your overall presentation will be a part of this score.
- Judging will consist of two rounds: symmetry and muscularity.
- Each competitor will be given a single placement based on total performance in each round with an overall tabulation of placing between all rounds.
Symmetry Round
- Competitors will present themselves on stage in serial order in a straight line or curve facing the judges assuming a semi-relaxed stance with ankles touching.
- Will execute a series of quarter turns to the right allowing the judges to view them from the front, left side, back and right side before returning to the front starting position.
- Judging is based on overall symmetry and muscle definition.
- High heels are standard footwear.
Muscularity Round (Mandatory Poses)
- Competitors will present themselves on stage in serial order in a straight line or curve facing the judges assuming a semi-relaxed stance with ankles touching and heels firmly planted on the floor.
- Will execute a series of six (6) mandatory poses with a sufficient amount of time to hold each pose for the judges and to rest between each pose.
- Must be performed in heels.
- Jewelry is permitted but no costumes, wings, gloves, hats, etc.
- After initial comparisons are completed the head judge may shift the position of the competitors to conduct additional comparisons.
- All posing is to be performed with open hands – no clenched fists.
- The six (6) mandatory poses include:
- Front Double Biceps
- Side Chest
- Side Triceps
- Rear Double Biceps
- Abdominal / Serrates
- Abdominal / Legs
What to Wear
Symmetry Round
- Attire: Two-piece competition suit.
- Footwear: High heels are required.
- Jewelry: Permitted but should be tasteful and not distracting.
- Presentation:
- Skin should be firm, moisturized, and evenly tanned.
- Competitors must maintain a semi-relaxed stance while executing quarter turns.
Muscularity Round (Mandatory Poses)
- Attire: Same two-piece competition suit as the Symmetry Round.
- Footwear: High heels are required.
- Jewelry: Permitted, but costumes, wings, gloves, hats, etc., are not allowed.
